Hi hi, I’m Christal Mai the photographer and business owner at Twin Lotus Production. I’m a Mum of two beautiful children ( monsters in some days. lol ), a wife, and an artist who create all the magic in your portrait images. I’ve photographed for 14 years with 14 national and international awards in weddings and portraits.

My studio is in Wynnum, Brisbane bayside. My space is filled with beautiful natural sunlight. It’s designed for modern female portrait sessions.

EOFY GIFT VOUCHER Terms + Conditions

Your Experience must be held up within the next 18 months.
The deposit is non-refundable. This deposit secures the EOFY OFFER.
All appointments are limited and are subject to availability.
One (1 ) Complimentary Reveal + Design session per photography experience. All orders and payment are completed at this time. To make sure you benefit from any specials/gift vouchers/product credits, ALL decision makers must be present at the Reveal + Design Session.
Your Print Credit is not redeemable for cash, cannot be used with any other offer and is not transferable. Print Credit cannot be used for purchasing digital photos.

Can I buy digitals?

Yes, sure! Digital Mini package ( 4 images pack) starts at $999.

How much does the artwork/digital cost?

There are beautiful crafted products and digitals to suit all budgets and tastes. Our wall art start from $799. Album collection starts at $3400. You only purchase the ones you LOVE most! Most of ladies invest between $1500 – $5500.

What if I can't decide?

We’re here to assist you to select your gorgeous images and find the best products for you!

Can we have a second Reveal + Design session?

Your Experience includes 1x Reveal + Design Session. If you feel you can’t decide on your order at that time, we are happy to book you in for a second session. The fee for Reveal + Design Session is $250. Payment is required at the time of booking the second session.

Who needs to be at the Reveal + Design session?

To make sure you benefit from any specials / gift vouchers/ product credits, we ask that ALL decision maker are present at the Reveal + Design Session.

Can I print from my digitals?

Yes, certainly you can! However, it is important to remember your prints and products from Twin Lotus Production are professional produced to achieve optimum colour and quality. Please note the genetic labs typically do not use archival quality links and paper, however, at Twin Lotus Production we ensure you have the highest of quality.

What if I lose my digitals?

We hope this never happen to you but don’t worry if it does because we automatically storage your images in our system for 12 months without any extra charge. If you would like us to archive all your purchased images after 12 months, our fee for this is $50/1 year, $130/3 years.

Can I keep my images confidential?

100% YES. Your privacy is always respected and completely in your control. We understand how personal this experience is, and we are fully committed to protecting your comfort and confidentiality. Your images will never be shared publicly without your explicit permission. It is always your choice what is kept private.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

Absolutely YES! Twin Lotus Production has payment plan options with AfterPay and PayRight. For more info please head over to https://www.afterpay.com and https://www.payright.com.au.

Can I tell you what I want to order and go away and think about it and email you our order later?

All our orders are done during your complimentary Reveal + Design Session. Please ensure you have an idea of what products/packages you would like to order prior to your Reveal + Design Session.

However, if you do need more time we are happy to schedule in an additional Reveal + Design Session for $250.. Payment is required at the time of booking the additional session.

When do I need to pay for my artworks?

All artwork purchases begin with prepayment prior to your photoshoot, as part of our structured pre-shoot planning process. This allows us to design your session intentionally around your goals, style, and desired outcomes.

We do not “blind shoot” — everything is planned with you from the very beginning so your experience is clear, supported, and aligned with what you want to achieve.

After your session, you will attend your same-day image reveal where you can view your photographs and make your final selections. If you fall in love with more images on the day, you are always welcome to upgrade your collection or add additional artwork.

How long does it take for my artwork to arrive?

We ask that you allow 4 – 6 weeks after the full payment is made for your artwork to arrive in our studio and to be checked if it’s perfect for you to pickup.
