Our Christmas Mini Sessions are held at our studio in Wynnum, Brisbane.
Life happens! You’re welcome to request a reschedule to another available date, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please note: for Santa Sessions, we’ll always try our best to move you to another Santa date, but we can’t guarantee availability — Santa’s calendar is very limited. If no Santa dates remain, we’re happy to run your session as a Christmas Mini without Santa, or you can choose to forfeit the booking.
No problem — just let us know as soon as possible. You can reschedule (subject to the same availability above) or transfer your spot to another family. We may ask for a medical certificate for illness claims close to a Santa date, just so we can keep things fair for everyone.
All bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel your session at any time, the deposit and any amount paid will not be refunded, as your spot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot always be resold or refilled once booked.
A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your spot at booking. Your remaining balance is automatically charged 14 days before your session — no need to remember, we’ll send a reminder first!
Our sessions run back-to-back with no gaps, so a late arrival means less time in your session — we’re not able to extend into the next family’s booking. Please plan to arrive a little early!
Absolutely — extra children and grandparents can be added for a small additional fee. Just let us know at the time of booking.
Your images will be delivered via a private online gallery. Please note galleries are seasonal and only guaranteed until the end of the calendar year — so be sure to download your favourites as soon as they’re ready!
Yes — Twin Lotus Production retains copyright of all images. When you purchase your photos, you’re given a personal license to print and share them (including on social media) for personal use.
Neutral tones, Christmas colours, and coordinated family outfits photograph beautifully. We’ll send styling guidance ahead of your session.
