When Imee came into the studio for her 60th birthday portrait session in Brisbane, I couldn’t believe she was turning 60. She looked radiant, confident, elegant and completely full of life.
And that’s exactly what I wanted to capture.

Imee is a talented Brisbane makeup artist from Vivid Hair and Beauty Studio, so she’s usually the person helping other women look and feel beautiful.
This time, it was her turn to be celebrated.
A milestone birthday portrait session is about more than simply taking beautiful photographs. It’s about pausing for a moment and celebrating the woman you are today — your confidence, personality, style and everything you’ve experienced along the way.

We created a variety of looks throughout Imee’s session, from a sophisticated black outfit to a stunning red dress.
Each look revealed a different side of her personality — elegant, feminine, glamorous, playful and confident.

There is no age limit on feeling beautiful.
