- Your Portrait session must be photographed before 20th of Dec 2026.
- The session fee is non-refundable. This deposit secures your date.
- All appointments are limited and are subject to availability.
- One (1 ) Complimentary Reveal + Design session per photography experience. All orders and payment are completed at this time. To make sure you benefit from any specials/gift vouchers/product credits, ALL decision makers must be present at the Reveal + Design Session.
- Digital photos and printing products are excluded from the session fee.

Yes, sure! We have different packages to choose from.
There are beautiful crafted products and digitals to suit all budgets and tastes. Most of families invest between $995 – $3999.
We’re here to assist you to select your gorgeous family images and find the best products for you!
We value your time and therefore we will have a consultation call to assist you to plan your family portrait session and products prior to your shooting session. If you feel you can’t decide on your order at that time, you can book a new ordering session. $250 is required if Client request a second revealing and ordering session.
Yes, certainly you can! However, it is important to remember your prints and products from Twin Lotus Production are professional produced to achieve optimum colour and quality. Please note the genetic labs typically do not use archival quality links and paper, however, at Twin Lotus Production we ensure you have the highest of quality.
We hope this never happen to you but don’t worry if it does because we automatically storage your purchased images in our system for 6 months without any extra charge. If you would like us to archive all your purchased images after 6 months, our fee for this is $50/1 year, $130/3 years.

Full payment is required to be finalised in the photos reveal and ordering session. We have interest-free payment plan with AfterPay or PayRight.
Digital gallery will be delivery within 14 days after the full payment is made. The estimated delivery time for printing artwork is 3 – 4 weeks.
